We provide a strict 4-hour window immediately following your purchase for any necessary adjustments.

Why 4 hours? To maintain our delivery timelines, orders are electronically transmitted to our production floor exactly 4 hours after they are placed. Once production begins, materials are allocated and the order is "locked" into our lineup.

2. Post-Window Finality
Once the 4-hour window has expired, your order is considered final and in active production. At this stage, we are unable to accommodate requests for:

4. Shipping Address Responsibility
Precision at checkout is vital. Thebeautybarge is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of purchase.

Consequences of Address Errors:

Return-to-Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an "Insufficient Address," the customer is responsible for a re-shipping fee to have the package dispatched again.
