  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by the carrier) to initiate a return.

  • Requirement: The returned item must be shipped and postmarked within this 30-day period.

  • Expiration: Requests or shipments made after the 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Condition & Eligibility

To ensure a successful refund, all returned items must be in their original, retail condition:

  • Status: Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Packaging: Must include all original boxes, inserts, and protective materials.

  • Tags: All labels and hangtags must remain attached.

  • Verification: An order number or confirmation email is required for processing.

  • Note: Items returned in poor condition or with missing components may be denied a refund or subject to a restocking fee.

3. Our Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our work. Thebeautybarge will cover all shipping and replacement costs at zero cost to you for:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Issues with fabric, stitching, or structural flaws.

  • Fulfillment Errors: Receiving an incorrect size, color, or item.

  • Production Mistakes: Significant design misalignments or printing errors.

  • To file a claim: Email support@thebeautybarge.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our production process, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Selection Errors: Choosing the wrong size, color, or providing incorrect custom text.

  • Change of Mind: Personal preference shifts once an order has entered the production lineup.

  • Display Variations: Slight color differences due to individual monitor or phone screen calibrations.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request Approval: Email support@thebeautybarge.com with your order number.

  2. Authorized Address: Our team will provide the specific return address. Do not send items back to the manufacturer's address listed on the shipping label.

  3. Shipping: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Thebeautybarge is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

  4. Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality error on our part. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
