1. Processing Stage
Before we ship, we prepare. Every order is handled with care to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Standard Turnaround: 2–5 business days.

Our Rhythm: Monday – Saturday (Closed on Sundays and U.S. Federal Holidays).

Daily Deadline: Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST will be added to the production lineup on the next business day.
Special Projects:

Custom Creations: For personalized items, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for our team to perfect the details.

Volume Orders (50+ items): Large orders may require a lead time of 7–10 business days depending on our current production volume.
2. Shipping Performance & Delivery
Once your package is stage-ready, it is handed off to our trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).

Estimated Arrival: 5–12 business days post-processing.

Holiday Encore: During peak seasons (Black Friday, December holidays), carriers often experience high volumes. To ensure your gifts arrive on time, we suggest ordering at least 3 weeks in advance.
3. Simple Flat-Rate Shipping
We believe in transparency—no hidden fees, just one straightforward rate:

Standard Domestic Shipping: $6.99 USD flat rate for all orders.
4. Destination Notes
Currently, our logistics network is optimized for the contiguous United States.
Important: We currently do not offer shipping to:
Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.
P.O. Boxes.
Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
To guarantee a successful delivery, please provide a physical residential or business street address at checkout.
